About Spiritual Living
Being human is a struggle.
The work of spirituality is the ongoing liberation of mind, heart and body toward a new way of seeing and living.
I offer a safe place to bare your soul.
I will show you how to live in the present, to surrender your past, and to love your True Self.

Talk to me. Tell me what's on your heart.
Therapy For The Soul
Life doesn't unfold according to our plans. Connecting to your True Self and being grounded in a spiritual practice enables you to live with peace through tribulations.
Spiritual practices allow us to shift from stuck patterns of thinking and operating to seeing things in a new and fresh way, allowing us to experience creativity, self awareness and compassion.

It is not instant magic. It takes time and intention. But science is now backing up what the mystics have been saying for centuries. When we create space for things like meditation, spiritual practice, and breath work, we begin to see all things new.

Be present, live fully, and learn how to feel OK even when things are not.
Accept what is, yourself, others, the past, your own mistakes, and the imperfections and idiosyncrasies of almost everything.
The goal is not the avoidance of struggle, but the encounter and the wisdom that comes from it.

Let me help you be in right relationships with people, so other people can love you and touch you at deeper levels, and so you can love and touch them.

“Spirituality is a path for us to generate happiness, understanding, and love, so we can live deeply each moment of our life. Having a spiritual dimension in our lives does not mean escaping life or dwelling in a place of bliss outside of this world, but discovering ways to handle life’s difficulties and generate peace, joy, and happiness right where we are, on this beautiful planet.”
-Thich Nhat Hanh
